Worst service I have ever received

I signed up for a new s4 mini on a 400 MB contract with altech autopage in Aug, worst decision ever. First off the only reason i went with them was to get the extra 100mb per month as opposed to cell c 300 MB contract. the contract was for R279 per month as advertised. So its Oct and I still haven't received my 400 MB of data from them as promised only 300 MB. i have phoned in 5 times, emailed them and used the tokai branch 6 times to no avail. To top this off I got told to pay my account by 15th Sep (mon) via sms on the 12th (Fri) or risk paying a further cancellation fee. Next I get told that they will charge my account R15 because its a cash account via sms, when I set up my account at the store as debit order. The last straw came when I got my account which had VAT added and extra costs above the advertised R279 Altech you are the worst possible type of company, no interest in customers, no return of emails and no managers to deal with. I want my contract cancelled!
