Paid for handset and week later no delivery

My son paid EFT for handset on 03.07.13 and was said delivery to take 24-48hrs, one week later to the date, no handset. Patrick was informed that handset cant be collected the 6th but Patrick forgot to read his emails on Monday. Between Patrick and Eric only empty promises and incorrect information given to Skynet for delivery of handset which has been returned back to Neotel. Nobody bothers phoning back and they are just plain and simple incompetent at Neotel.
