Illing for non service

I am a MTN subsciber and have been billed from Mira Networks for their so called subscription service for downloading photos. i have never subscibed to them although they insist i did. they even gave me a date and time. this method of subsciption should be deemed as since there was no way i even knew that i was subscribing for something.
their excuse of they send a welcome message should not be accepted as an alert or acceptance of this subscription and you only realise that you are being charged is when you get your bill many days after.
