Unauthorised billing

I discovered that I'm being billed for a subscription service to which I never subscribed.
I've attempted to email Mira Networks several times using the email address provided on their website but the emails are returned.
I demand that Mira Networks cancels this subscription and refunds me the monies they debited against my cell number.
