Shop assistant broke my phone

Upgraded my contract and got a S4, in the doing the assistant damaged the sim slot and I was assured that they will carry the costs. I have been back many times with them promising that the next day I could collect my repaired/replaced Blackberry Torch. It has now been nearly 4 weeks of such promises to no avail. I eventually dealt with Tasha who claims to be the owner of the store, after been told to come back the next day on several occasions still with no satisfaction. I was fed up today and pleaded with Tasha to do something about the situation today as I am tired of been given the run-around, suddenly said that they refuse to do the repair/replacement as it is not their problem. She said that their is no one than her to take the matter further as she is the owner of the shop. I find the attitude and way the customer care totally unacceptable and this should be taken up with somebody in a higher position than herself. The excuses don't quite make sense as refers to her boss won't allow this. She stated emphatically now that she has no boss. Please come to the party
