I went to upgrade my phone contract! Got to the store did the upgrade and was told that my monthly billing amount would be R369.00, only to recieve my statement and see that I am being billed for R445.00 per month!! I am so angry right now! How competent are the people really that we rely on that works with our bills at the end of the month?
