Cell C customer satisfaction is bad

Hi, I Sayed Khan had a contract with Cell C under my daughter's name which i was paying for. however the phone I took was not working to my satisfaction and I took it back within the 7 day period. When arriving at the Cresta store Mohammed the sales consultant who assisted me was not available and another consultant assisted me, while the phone was in this consultants hand he placed the phone on his desk and his colleague made the brand new phone fall on the floor and insisted that even though the phone fell it was not damaged. I then told the consultant I was not going to accept that same phone when it comes back from the OBF REPAIRS. I spoke today 25/09/2013 to Mohammed and was told the phone came back and it only needed a software upgrade. Mohammed then informed me i was going to get the exact same phone that fell. I told him i will not accept the phone as the inside of the phone is very delicate and in the long run i will be sitting with a damaged phone. IMEI NO:357861050809213 BOOKED IN ON THE 17TH. Cell C is not a good service provider and they never have signal no matter where I am. I will not wait another seven days for my new phone i want it today. Sayed Khan 0844489812.
