Being billed for free gigabytes!!

Hi,
I just received my Telkom account, I have a 10GB adsl... from November Telkom said we are getting double for the same price, so I got 20GB... then I got billed for the extra 10GB I used???.. Please rectify the problem.
It is a huge amount.
