PROBLEM STILL NOT SORTED!!!

My account was over charged on 13/9/2013 then lines cut 17/9/2013. This is my second complaint on. I have emailed the proof of payments and still nothing has been done! They have sent through statements well overdue. Why has my lines still not been turned on!!! this is such an inconvenience and frustration. They are causing unnecessary stress!!! This should've been sorted out already! What else can i do to get my lines up?
