I have done a upgrade on my contract and was promised to be active in 1-5 hours, from yesterday 15:00 to today 13:30 i am still waiting.
The salesman and the call centre are giving me the run around, this is unacceptable from Telkom/8ta, they promise you that everything will be sorted and NOTHING has been done!!!
If this is not done within 2 hours i am forced to cancel my contract and give the phone back.
