Autopage/MTN - caller identity hidden

I have a contract with Altech Autopge. Since the 25th of Sept every call I receive would appear as a private number, I could not see the caller's identity. I first thought I had change some settings by mistake but when I checked my settings were fine, so I went to Autopage at Canal Walk and they told me this is a problem they were aware of and they just don't know when will it be resolved!!!

If they knew about the problem, why didn't they inform the affected customers??? I had to hassle for days trying to fix something that was not my fault!! had to go to their shop only to be told they know about it but there's nothing they can do about it.

I'm a paying customer, don't I deserve a call or a lousy SMS to notify me of the problem so that I can be at ease??
