IRREPAIRABLE DEVICE NOW MY PROBLEM

I handed my device in for repair only to be notified that my device is irrepairable. I only started the contract at the end of February 2013 and is now liable for monthly payments with a device which does not work. All they say is that I must just accept or buy-out the remainder of the term with no discount. How can I just accept and move on?
