I bought a smart device with FNB, they advertised that if you have a credit card with them with a monthly spent of more than R1500, you get a discount on your device. The first installment was taken in August 2013, and every month since. There is however no discount given. I have phoned numerous times, to no avail. (Everyone i spoke to gave me different answer) No one seems to know how or when this discount is suppose to be given! How can we help you? (Biggest they tell you) they cant even sort out something like this. Why do they advertise something and then they don't deliver? If i knew i wasn't getting the discount, i would not have bought the device via them!
