Cellphone / request for cell to be blocked

Handset was, logged a call with mtn for it to be blocked. still awaiting feedback and the handset is still being used this is ridiculous.
and i do have a police report statementing that the phone has been.
assist as I'm not prepared to pay for something that is no longer in my possession.
