Ive since received feedback from cell c on the 20th of April, the person that's been assisting me is Funiwe who is failing to reach customer needs. I made it very clear that i do not want a Blackberry handset since its the 3rd one since my upgrade in September of 2012. Its been nothing but trouble and i haven't enjoyed it @ all. Again and hoping that someone will assist me, I'm willing to take a different brand that's of the same value. This is something that was also promised to me after the last handset that was actually supposed to be new only to find out that its a refurbished. I will not accept a Blackberry again, i would rather cancel this contract with immediate effect. The debit order went off but i still don't have a handset and Miss Funiwe is not giving me any feedback. This is highly unacceptable! May i please have someone else to assist me as Ms Hintsho is not even replying to my mails. ASAP
