Unable to help / unable to talk english properly

I have multiple data accounts which I want to monitor, though I can see the existence of these accounts on my MyVodacom login, I can only see the details of the master, the linked account details are very limited. After speaking to various people at Vodacom it has been impossible to fix. I have been given excuses and alternatives that make no sense. Also the call centre agent mastery of the English language is appalling at best and their knowledge of the system even worst.
It's a simple problem, please fix or I move supplier.
