Confused agent that can not speak english

I called Sars yesterday as I had a query, evern after updating my dertails on line and advising the call centre agent Monica, these details were not updated.
i just got off teh telephone with an incompetant Gerard who can not even speak English properly.
i had questions reagrding my tax, which he was unable to assist, he seemed more confused than I was!
Why do you indicate that you will be assisted in English by an agent, when the agent themselves can not speak proper English?
I was asked to resubmit my IRP5 as it was unclear, I am unable to upload on e filing, I was gievne a fax number that either may or may not reach SARS!!
