PATHETIC!!!

I have never seen anything more pathetic in my life. MTN WAKE UP!!! We live in a world that has ENGLISH as the universal language NOT Zulu or Khosa / Tswane. You make a call to try and activate a new nyumber and you are subjected to listening to a language you dont understand. How clever. that you keep people holding for 5 mins before you switch to english. TAlk about wasting people's precious time.

All i can say is that I thank i am not an MTN customer. PATHETIC to say the least!!!
