On the 4 th of Sept 2013 I phone MTN about poor coverage on our farm. They gave me a ref nr 0057432 and told me somebody will phone me in 10 working days... nothing happened, so I phone again, the lady told me some one will phone me today!! And nothing happen, so I phone again, and again only to hear the same story. This morning I phone them again and inform them that I'm going to. Complain at your site. So the lady told me okay I'll inform the management about your complain!!
