Bandwidth trickle

Just want to warn others out there. This morning I am hardly able to use the internet - a download of a 204kb file keeps failing. Phoned Plugg and they said that it is correct as I have a one star rating (excessive download above 200gb download) and that I will only have proper bandwidth again tonight after 8pm. I don't mind being throttle a bit in the day but this is ludicrous. To correct this I must apparently download as little as possible for 10 days to change my star rating.
