Poor service delivery of Altech Autopage Parkview

On 13/9/2013 i went in store to apply for 2 contracts at Altech Autopage Parkview
The applications was processed with confirmation that sim swaps must be done.
The salesperson David confirmed that we will have an answer by the following day.
Old sim card numbers was taken to enable sim swap and number for life.
Ons Saturday David phoned to get 1 of the old sim numbers as he processed it incorrectly
It was emailed immediately to him followed up by a telephone call from my side.
Only on Tuesday the 17/9/2013 the confirmation came through that we can get the cellphones.
The sim swap was done on the 1 phone. After numerous calls to Autopage Parkview without any satisfaction and a very unpleasant call from the manager Jaco stating that David has done nothing wrong i must wait. I called the national number. It was confirmed the sim card number was incorrectly loaded by David. After the call centre agent corrected it for me it was working within 2 hours. I wonder why the store did not even bother to check info and to assist me as a customer. Jaco the manager was rude and of no help. Is that customer service? 2nd contract activated 20/9/2013 morning 22/9/2013 still not working?
