Cell phone services been suspended without notice

Last Friday my phone was. Phoned Altech Autopage to block the phone. Was informed I can do a sim swap at any store next day. Went to Parow centre to do sim swap, The lady Sandra who assisted registered my sim in someone else's number. So, I sat the entire weekend without a phone, reading another persons sms's and e-mails. I had to go in late on Monday, to do another sim swap. I had to take unpaid leave to have this done as the store only opens at 9am. No apology given by store. So, this cost me, countless phonecalls to the call centre, driving up & down to the store & unpaid leave.
Suddenly, this morning I get an sms saying that I owe Altech Autopage R1800.00. As I supposedly am in arrear, they suspended all my services. I have been with Altech Autopage for 8 years and have never been in arrear. My accounts are paid via debit order. I phoned 8 times from 9am this morning to now and left messages for a Gregory Peters to call me back. No Response. I asked to speak to a manager, was told no-one available. So Once again, I am wasting all my money and time with phonecalls that nobody returns. I find it hard that for a huge organisation, no manager available. I need to be connected
