REPLACEMENT OF MY DAMAGED PHONE POUCH

Hello Peter, This is Cynthia. i bought Flip Cover of Samsung Galaxy S3 Marble White - bar code 8806085094987, EFC-6FWECSTD from Altech Autopage Cellular Parkview in October 2012.In April the cover started to tear and i returned it to the same store on the 24th of April 2013. I didn't have my receipt when I took it back but they managed to trace that purchase on the system. They phoned the supplier who confirmed that the cover is still under guarantee; i qualify to get a replacement. What puzzled me is they refused to give me the new one immediately from their store, they said they must take it back to the supplier and only after the supplier credited their store they can give me the new one. I waited and waited and up to today I did not receive a cover nor heard from them. I phoned the store 3 times already and every time I phone they tell me that supplier has not come back to them I spoke to David and Yolanda, both of them were not actually helpful, they gave me A "don't care attitude"; they promised to make a follow up with the supplier and come back to me up to NOW none of them contacted me. Last time i spoke to Yolanda was on the 23rd May and she promised to come to come back to me
