Been overcharged for ADSL Line for over 12 months!

I have been continuously overcharged for my ADSL Line for the past 12 months and after no less than an hour on the line over multiple calls my issue has not been rectified, I had even asked for a cancellation, to no avail.
I have been overcharged over R1000 rand over the past year and am now fed up!
