Did complaint was not sorted as yet- check records I upgrade in may this year to bb 9300 and payment was diferent since the first 24 months contract, I did the uprade before the 24 months is over but you billed me since I've upgraded to the new handset that's got n price diference and I'm paying it al the way and you said that it will be sorted out and it was never done, I want my money back that was deducted from my account before the 24 was suppose to end up, and I also did not received the car charger that was part of that current deal, I did asked the consultants over and over to fix this problems but they said they not suppose to help with account queries that is, I always helped clients and they was happy with the servise that I gave them, I'm so glad that I'm not working there any moore, thank for that cause now I can understand the clients frustrations that was caused by accounts and so on, please credit me back since my upgrade cause my contract was not over yet as 24 months and new one is 24 months for new handset payment - please correct it as soon as possible for me
