Telkom has real bad service!

I reported our business phone and ADSL out of order on the 24thJanuary, have made over a dozen phone calls to try and get some response, every Telkom operator has "esculated" the fault, and to date I m still waiting for a technician! We are a restaurant and being the end of the month desperately need both these services to receive bookings. Absolutely unacceptable and attrocious service!!
