I had a bad experience ever with nashua mobile!!!

I took my contract on 1st week of January and i received it on 11 jan 2013 ONLY because i went there myself. they promised to call me when the phone is being delivered no did, waited but no one called me to fetch it.only when i went there and i told them i'm cancelling the deal they told me they got the and when i putted in my sim card it didn't work. they told they emailed vodacom to activate it for me, so i waited for 2 days still nothing until i called vodacom my self. on top of that now my phone's speaker is not working properly and they said i must book it for 3 WEEKS for them to fix it for me. like really now this my first contract with you and i have get such bad experience? bad service EVER!
