BAD QUALITY NETWORK!

I HAVE CALLED THE CELL C CALL CENTER ON THE 13/09/2013 NOTIFYING THEM THAT WHEN TRYING TO CALL MY 2 NUMBERS FROM THE POLOKWANE AREAS, THE CALLER RECEIVES A MESSAGE SAYING THAT "THE NUMBER THAT YOU CALLED DOES NOT EXIST." THE CONSULTANT CAPTURED MY COMPLAINT, GIVING ME A REFERENCE #3091300572., AND ADVISING ME THAT THE PROBLEM WILL BE SORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS, AND I WILL RECEIVE AN SMS CONFIRMING THIS. I CALLED THEM ON THE 18/09/2013 TO GET A PROGRESS UPDATE, AND I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE NOT ATTENDED TO THE PROBLEM AS YET. TODAY BEING THE 20/09/2013, AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SORTED! BAD SERVICE, BAD QUALITY OF NETWORK!
I AM EVER SO SORRY I PORTED MY 2 NUMBERS OVER TO CELL C!
