Vodacom won't fix their Mistake!

Upgrade done mid last year and opted for my gig 1 totpup, everything went great till 2 month's ago when I received a R3500 data bill. On investigating I found that the contract was never loaded as requested and therefore I immediately requested a copy of contract, which confirms my request for a top up.

After a few numerous calls and attempts and even a visit to vodaworld to have this issue resolved Vodacom still keep on cutting my other voice lines and won't own up to there mistake...

Please can someone help me to get this sorted...
