A while back I was unable to pay my accounts, so a default was loaded on my name. I phoned Identity and was told that as soon as my account is fully paid, ITC will be informed to take the default of my name. I paid the total amount, but after a few months found out that the Default is STILL showing on my credit report. So I phoned and spoke to a lady named Pomelo Kanye and also Elizabeth, they told me that apparently I still owe Identity R231.40 (admin fees) and as soon as its paid the default will be taken off. I paid the money, but the default is STILL showing on my credit report. It's now 2 months later and today I've had enough, so I phoned them AGAIN and spoke to a lady (I cant pronounce her name), and she told me that my account is fully paid and she told me that she cant tell me when the default will be removed and that I have to phone ITC myself and ask them. So when I phoned them a guy named Ashton from TransUnion told me that a default stays on my name for 2 years and that they didnt receive any letter from Identity to remove the default. Im very upset and dissapointed! To to your clients is Unacceptable!! I have all the ref. numbers and names and I will take this furthe
