It's very sad in this day and age that one has to resort to complaining on a higher platform to receive any form of response. Why can't companies just deal with their clients, whatever happened to customer service.

Called to add on the extra view decoder that we have to our current existing package. No where during this conversation was I informed that this would change the current package we have and this is totally unacceptable. I do not want to be on the Family Package and want to return to our package DSTV Selet 1. We were told that when they changed the package options that this would not affect our current package and now they just change us without advising. Try to speak to a supervisor/manager to sort this out but they cannot do this. And no one that answers the call centre line can help... PATHETIC and DISGUSTING service!!!
