Only try calling once and leave no voicemail

I ordered an upgrade phone on Monday 16 Sept, the Ascend P6, I specifically told the woman who helped me I needed a new sim to which she replied "Do not worry it comes with a new sim card"

What do you know, my new phone comes without a sim card, which makes it extremely usable seeing as I only have a full sized sim. I call back in yesterday and firstly they refuse to arrange for me to collect one at my nearest store, which I feel is a very reasonable compromise to your mistake. She says she will see if it can be sent overnight to me and will call me back, she only calls once and does not bother leaving a mail when I cannot answer so now I have no idea if I am getting my new sim today or next year?
