Ordered phone given away and we had an agreement

On monday 17 june I had gone in store to upgrade my cell phone contract. there was no stock for the phone I wanted the galaxy s4 so cell c had ordered it for me. on thursday 20th I recieved a sms to collect my phone in 24 hours or it would be given away, as I was working all day friday and could not go in store I had sent my daughter with my id book, a letter and bank statements to upgrade my phone. she was not allowed to do the upgrade as I had to be in store to sign, so she explained that I was at work and asked if they can keep the phone till sunday. the manager spoke to my daughter and told her she will keep the phone till monday for us to collect, I think the mangers name was rolene. on saturday afternoon i went instore myself to get the phone and they had given it away to someone else, I was not happy about this as our agreement was that they will keep it till monday. the person assisting me was very rude and unproffessional and we had told him what rolene told us the day before about keeping the phone and he told us that she is not instore to defend herself and that we will need to wait for them till they have stock. this is not how 4 year contrac customer should treated
