Cell C
Cheated me out of my money

I got a Cell C sim card and R310 of airtime (2GB data) after checking on the website, it showed in my area i have full 3G coverage. The truth is that it runs so slowly that its unusable. I took everything back to the store i bought it from, and i was refused a refund. It is not my fault it doesn't work, how dare they refuse a refund?! I feel Cell C has to me, and cheated me out of my money. I will never recommend them to anyone.
