Dont make my problem your problem

I would like to thank given nkadimeng for showing exactly why I despise mtn. She explicity told me to go to the shop where I bought my phone as its not her problem and that shouldn't make my problem hers. Suprisingly my contract is with mtn and not a specific shop given. And despite all the promises I am to this day almost a week after our conversation on friday still waiting for regional manager mary naiddoo too call. Thanks for taking my money every month religiously but not responding to a request to a attend my query.
