BIS disabled, complaint registered but no action

It has been 6 days now since Vodacom disabled my BIS for no apparent reason. Despite me calling them about it and acknowledging that it was a mistake and call ref no S3-TP21C-C9lJ0 been logged, i was promised that their technicians will contact me after 24 hrs. When they did not i followed up with the call centre they could not help me except to advice me that i must wait. In the mean time i cant receive important information, especially my Mails which i rely on my phone to read on the go. Let alone FB updates, Twitter updates and whatapp. It is this poor service that lead to my wife ditching them after she also experience a poor service from them. Now that I am also due for an upgrade as my contract expire next month i am also not going to continue with this people anymore. This was also not the first time as i had a similar experience of an unresolved data issue with them long time ago, despite it being escalated to their relevant managers. I give up on them, this a complete breach of contract as the services were supposed to be for 24months running parallel to my contract.
