I regret ever gettng a contract wth cell c

Firstly cell c menlyn never told me about the other fees after i paid the 140.they never told me i was on prorata. i was told by the call center and i requested them to block in which they did.the next month i asked them to increase my data they said they will open a query and will get a response in 24 hours that never happened.i called every day 2 0r 3 times a day to do follow up with call center and each time i get a different story and a new consultant.i finally gave up.three weeks after that a get an sms they have as increased it but i called them and told them that i was no longer interested and that they should cancel and again they promised to get back to me in 48hours which never happened.its been 3weeks again maybe more.today i call cuz next week its month end and i did nt gt a statement only to find out they going to debit R601.i called the callcentre cuz within a week of realizing that i was on pro rata i put a stop to it and they telling me that for tht two weeks im paying 300? they cant even explain clearly.i tld them that i did not want to pay more than the value of the contract.their call centre agents are not helpfull at all and have bad attitudes.three
