Poor service or Car sold under fulse pretensise

Hi there,

I bought a Kia Sorrento (BY29SX GP) middle of last year. Currently I am not receiving the desired response or service from Kia Edenvale.
The vehicle was sent in on 20th December 2012 for high fuel consumption. Edenvale did some work on the diesel cluster. At the same time I asked to assist with a problem with the Bluetooth. Calls received and made using my IPhone 4s (also tested 2x blackberry) via the Bluetooth service on the car come out muffled. People on the other end of these phone calls cannot hear me clearly.
Response from Edenvale was that the technical team was contacted and feedback would be provided. To date no feedback provided.
The vehicle went in for its 20000kms service on the 17th Jan 2013. Again I complained about the Bluetooth issue. However an additional problem of the Bluetooth disconnecting phone calls as often as 5 times in a single phone call was added as an additional complaint. Also the Bluetooth disconnects from my phone and resoles me calling back all missed calls. Also the high fuel consumption was added again.
Edenvale's answer to my Bluetooth problem was to turn the default volume of the Bluetooth to full. this mail was send too brendan
