Connections Failure to NMMU

I lost connectivity to NMMU.ac.za off my 3G dongle on Friday 13th September, despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue with customer support, I was told the error is on my side not theirs. I finally opened a case number with technical support who assured me they will be in contact with me within 24 hours. Still no contact and still no connectivity to NMMU.ac.za. The error is clearly on their side as I can access this site if using mtn or vodacom 3g as well as any ADSL line. I have tried multiple browsers and the connection still times out. This support from 8ta is absolutely shocking and I am aware that I am not the only one facing this issue. 8ta Please sort the problem out!!
