Unable to access online banking

As of last week when I try to access my Discovery Card online banking I get a validation error message on the landing page that I need to be registered for incontact. Upon contacting Discovery Card support I was told that this is controlled by FNB and was put through to their call centre who checked my in contact details and said that all is fine on their side and transferred me back to Discovery Card support. This never ending circle of calls continued for well over an hour. Thereafter I lodged a complaint with Discovery Card who then requested that I send them a screen shot of the error which I did and told that their technical department will resolve this within 48 hours which they still have not done. I contacted Discovery Card again who again who told me to update my details with FNB and put me through to FNB support again. Upon trying to update my incontact details I was told that I am a Discovery Card member and not and FNB member and that they cant help and again put me back to Discovery Card support. I am at a loss and don't want to do the call centre carousel. Please would somebody from Discovery sort out my online banking problem and contact me. This is ridiculous.

Without new credit card despite making arragements
