I purchased a Nokia Lumia 610 on tuesday the 29.01.2013 I Went home and tried opperating or using the bluetooh i realised it doent pair with my other phone the following day i took it back and was told it is a software error and a software upgrade had to b done i was discouraged to go to a nokia store as i was told i would be liable for the payment of the software upgrade but i asked this is a brand new phone how was this possible...? then i was told to go to a MTN REPAIR CENTRE at Midrand on Allandale road of which i was advised the store was untrue and never explained how the phone works. I then drove back to kempton park and i spoke to Florence staff member then Lidia (Manager) i advised the long story again of which i was told i cant be assisted. I therefore advised i am nt satisfied with this Cell phone and ask for an exchange unit f the same value they gave me a hard time and argued there is nothing they can do which is unacceptable this was never explained to me i either want an exchange of the same value or my money back
