I downgraded, now I pay more???

I requested a downgrade, as I do not use my phone for business any more.
I stipulated this to the consultants. I am now paying R200 EXTRA every month... I have contacted the call centre on numerous occasions, and every time someone promises me this will be sorted out - well - I am still waiting.
Pls fetch the phone and cancel my contract. I have had it with the.
Oh yes - and someone "forgot" to tell me I will forfeit my free minutes when I downgrade... REALLY!!! Thats!!!
