Cell C
Useless internet connectivity

I recently replaced my prepaid cell c internet data as it had expired. I purchased a new 365 day internet deal
for R 1299.Since then i have had endless problems with very slow speed and frequent disconnections. I went to the cell c offices on numerous occasion and was twice told that a technician would test my set up at my home.
I never saw or heard another word. I mailed cell c but they did not bother to reply. I a now R 1299 out of pocket for a unstable internet connection. The previous cell c data i used up never gave any problems.
