Hasn't bothered to phone

I ordered a Samsung S3 mini on line from Cell C on Wednesday or Thursday last week. Within 2 hours Kabelo phoned me and asked me to please fax thru my ID and also 3 months bank statements. He said after i do that he will phone me and let me know. As yet i have not heard from him and i even sent another email on Sunday evening asking him to call me and let me know whats happening. Still no response. Obviously CellC dont need any new business.
