8ta cuts off service after successful debit orde

This is the 4th time it has happened. 8tablet debits my account, then cuts off service. I then have to waste my time sending proof of a successful debit order before service is activated. This month it happens again. And yet again they want ME to supply them with proof that the money has been debited. And still it is nie deactivated.

Why bother then to have a contract? I even have the managers email address. He also does not even bother to respond. Pathetic service!!! Oh yes, and at the end of the call they ask if I would like to rate te service. Really???!!!

I cannot upgrade because of incompetency
