Upgrade negotiated on 18/7 by Mondi Mobile with 87 year old on phone. He did not understand what he was agreeing to. Requested that upgrade be reversed on 22 August with Mondi Mobile - no response. Also sent requrest through Vodacom website on 22/8. All necessary authorisations supplied, and complaint acknowledged and lodged. Original Ref 00L-L085. After three weeks nothing done. On following up on 17 Sep, they again requested authorisations and issued new reference number 004H~HNLE. Going round in circles!
Also requested email invoices on 7/11/12 with Elton and again on 21/8/13 through call centre. Also in writing per website on 22/8. Still no invoices received either by post or email since April 2013.
