B593 Wireless Route

Hi, 11th of September 2013 I logged a complaint regarding the new B593 Wireless router we got. First of all, when we decided on this contract, the consultant guaranteed me excellent signal quality. On the 2nd day, after activation of the sim took place, we started using it and already I know something was wrong. On my router, the signal strength is only 1 bar, and I have download speeds of 2-4mbps and upload speeds of 0.29mbps which is very slow. today is the 17th, and this router is already out of its returning 7 days warranty, and still, my problem is not attended to. Today they asked me after phoning in AGAIN, if I can't give them another 72 hours. In the meantime I am paying for something that is not working properly. I can't access my emails, but can access it with my 3G usb modem. When I asked for assistance, they told me they don't know what the problem is. This is unacceptable, as this is costing me money, time and loss of business.

If this problem is not sorted within 72 hours, I want this contract cancelled and I will not pay a cent.
