I have been a loyal paying user of firstly Iafrica dial up and the went on to sign up with Mweb ADSL. Because of my downloading pattern, I chose an uncapped service. This past weekend I noticed that my internet response time was almost non existent. I was not able to do a line speed check. I was unable to check my account status from home and had to wait to follow up from my office internet to find that I had been throttled. I contacted the Mweb guy on facebook and was informed that at Mweb's discression they will throttle any user that they deem is using excessive "uncapped" band width. I feel that Mwebs bandwidth problems are their problems and not that of their paying clients. I was informed that I will have this throttle issue resolved in a week or so. I then contacted Mbeb via phone to ask about the uncapped service and at what time did the uncapped service revert to a capped or throttled service. I did not get an answer. How is it legal for Mweb to sell a service and fail to deliver?? I see that I am one of many unhappy Mweb clients to complain on your site.
