Havent heard from MTN and network is still bad

As I have complained earlier, there is no network where I live. The problem has worsened and my phone always says no service. I pay R450 for my smartphone and cant even use it . my house does not have a block, it is your poor maintenance of the network in Lenasia. This is ridiculous.
