When i last complained i got a phone call from a customer service consultant telling me that a person will be calling me to find out what my address is that they can come to my house and check my service after that i haven't received another call and no one has contacted me or come to my house. This network have breached their contract and i wish i went with another network,

Rather pay a higher premium and get good service then pay a cheap premium and get no network
